Registration

As a new customer here at Cine-Service you need to registrate before your first rent. Therefore we need:

_the correct adress and company name of the invoice recipient
_a copy of the ID or passport of the person picking up the equipment
_your bank account to eventually send you the difference between prepayment and rental fee back

Prepayment

Before the first rental you need to provide a prepayment of 1.500,00€ (incl. tax). If you’re a foreign customer you also need to pay the rental fee in advance, together with the prepayment.
You can pay everything in cash when picking up the equipment or wire transfer the payment to our bank account. Charging your credit card / EC-card is also possible.
The prepayment will be offset with your final invoice amount (incl. consumables, damages).
